I’ve just returned from visiting my daughter in Boulder CO and of course we just had to take in the Saturday morning Farmers Market. (I could move there just for that!) But it made me very grateful once again for the organic produce we ARE able to get up here on the frontier where gardening is somewhat difficult and it seems the ponies are a bit balky about getting us fresh, organic produce! SOOooo… as inspired by the farmers market, this weeks organic produce for little ol’ Earth Goods will beeee…
