This is what I consider to be the very best beef you can buy! It's raised on natural prairie grass here in Hot Springs by the Elmore family. It is never given antibiotics, hormones, or put into a feedlot. It's also never grained which mainains all the healthy omega 3 fatty acids.

Jackie loves honey. She thinks it is just the coolest stuff therefore she buys all kinds of unique honey from all over the world such as fireweed honey from over 9000' peaks in Colorado, Soliga honey from the rainforest of India, and Zambezi honey from Zambia, Africa, which supports indiginous people. Eat the Weeds!
It happened for the first time when I was almost finished making a later dinner and realized there was no lettuce for the tacos. At this point I could have done without, run to the store, or picked weeds. Out of necessity and impatience, I opted for the Lambs Quarters and Dandelions.
Nearly everyone knows that there are plants out there we can eat but for many reasons fail to do so. On Saturday, July 19th, we hosted a FREE back alley weed walk, with a great turnout.
